visit with t he boys

was very excited to have both John and Tony with me.  Maya was also there.  They got to the house about ten p.m. and went straight to sleep, sleeping in the beds I'd arranged for them.  Got up Saturday morning (arrived Friday 13 May 2016) had some breakfast then drove to Forks to the Long Term Care Facility to see their grandmother.  After visiting with her, we drove to LaPush, walked the beach, had lunch of burgers and chicken strips/fries...got very full, drove back to Forks, boys bought Dead Pool which we later watched after dinner of pork chops scalloped potatoes corn on the cob.  Grandma was glad to see us.  Angel sent a photograph album for her which we forgot to bring.  Sunday morning they left about ten am after granola and fruit, drove to Forks and gave Grandma the photograph album.
It's now the Thursday after t he boys visit.  I went to a progressive dinner for the Lions club last night.  It started at Maureen Winn's house with hors d'ouvres stuffed crab, meatballs, humus, pineapple rum, champagne, cheese puffs, ate until there was little room for more then got into JoAnna's car went to Morris's house for the salad course: potato, fresh veg, coleslaw, sliced celery carrots three tables set up, people got serious over the salad co urse onto Mike dukes for main course, my vegetarian lasagna, hamburger meatloaf of venison, st uffed turkey casserole...dessert with the whites Jello pretzel bars, cherry tarts cream puffs..coffee/tea...very full at 10 p.m. when I got home...
tedious movie 'how to kill your neighbor's dog'... meanwhile, have to sort t he clothing on the bed fill up the suitcase with the winter things...put that away, still loking for the 'tilt'...ah, he's built a nice playhouse for t he neighbor kid...
